About Me
Growing up on the coast, I've always felt a connection with the sea, before I started my career as a professional seafarer I sailed dinghies and even competed as a professional kitesurfer. Since 2010 I've worked on superyachts as deck crew, raced Contessa 32s, signed off hundreds of new skippers and many more crew as an instructor, managed flotillas of up to 25 yachts, travelled up and down the Croatian coast and through Greece as a private skipper for hire, delivered yachts throughout Europe, acted as broker agent for sales, as well as owning and operating my own vessel "Nicky Tam", a ketch rigged classic Camper & Nicholson 39. This broad variety of experience has given me a diverse and comprehensive set of yacht skills to apply to any professional position.
